Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Salisbury Emporium.
We are always delighted to welcome thoughtful vendors who share a love for beautiful, meaningful pieces and ever-evolving displays.
Because our shop is carefully curated and continually changing, the merchandise we seek shifts throughout the year. When a vendor’s style or category aligns with our current needs, we will reach out to discuss next steps. Applications that are not immediately selected are kept on file for six months beginning on the date of submission, and you are always welcome to submit an updated application afterward.
To be considered, please include clear photographs of the items you plan to sell—or of a current retail space that reflects your aesthetic—with your name and phone number noted on each image.
The Emporium primarily features antiques, vintage goods, and thoughtfully chosen home décor, along with a limited selection of complementary modern pieces. We value a wide range of individual styles and encourage each vendor to maintain a distinct point of view, so the overall shopping experience remains layered, inspiring, and cohesive. Merchandise commonly associated with yard-sale resale or contemporary fast fashion is generally not the right fit for our space. If you are unsure whether your items meet our definition of vintage or antique, we are always happy to guide you.
Each booth functions much like a personal storefront. We recommend allowing four to six months for a new space to fully develop, as vendors who refresh and care for their booths regularly often experience the greatest success.
Monthly booth rent varies based on size and location. The Emporium collects a 10% commission on all in-store sales. Credit card processing fees are NOT passed along to vendors. We prefer long-term leases of approximately 12 months, though we are always happy to discuss what may work best for you. A one-time $125 start-up fee includes your booth sign and supports ongoing marketing and social media promotion.
To apply, please complete a vendor application and bring it to the Emporium in person along with your photographs.
The Salisbury Emporium is open six days a week, and we manage all sales tax collection and reporting on behalf of our vendors, so a separate retail license is not required to participate.
